1. Painting on canvas competition (age
4-18 year old)
The displayed
paintings in The ASEAN-China International Painting Exhibition and Competition
will pass a selection by competition. Please see the following schedule and terms-conditions.
Time Schedule

2017 = Artist submission
September 15th
2017 = Receiving painting in digital
photo and artist profile
October
5th 2017 = Deadline for
receiving painting in digital photo and artist
profile
October 6th
2017 = Painting selection
October 15th
2017 = Winners announcement

2017 = Receiving the selected physical
painting
November 18th
2017 = Exhibition and prize distribution
Terms and
conditions
a. Participant
age between 4 to 18 years old in 2017
b. The
painting must be made in 2017
c. Theme:
ART & CULTURE: Unity and Diversity
d. Oil/acrylic/any
media on canvas 40 x 50 cm (for expatriate who lives in Indonesia only)
e. Painting
photo in JPEG 300 dpi format, also profile for painting and artist.
f. Deadline
for painting photo in October 5th

painting photos will be curated and selected by judges.

will be announced in October 15th 2017.

Deadline for selected painting
(expatriate participant who lives in Indonesia only) is November 10th
2017 and painting must be set in a frame and sent to Bale Seni Barli (see point
‘f’).

75 best paintings will be displayed at
Bale Pare Exhibition Hall in November 18th to November 22nd
2017.
k. 10%
of selling paintings will be donated for children of refugees.
l.
The painting that has not been sold is
participant’s property.
m. Prize
for winners is IDR. 3.000.000 for 1st winner, IDR. 2.000.000 for 2nd
Winner and IDR. 1.000.000 for 3rd winner.
n. The
1st, 2nd and 3rd Winner, the 1st, 2nd
and 3rd best contenders will be rewarded trophy, prize, certificate,
goodie bag, accommodation and city tour in Bandung.
o. Participant
will receive exhibition invitation, painting catalogue and participation
certificate.
2. Mural Competition (age 13-15 year
old - group max 3 person)
